Pressure spray drier is widely used in liquid forming and drying industry. Therefore, spray drying is an ideal process when the particle size distribution, residual moisture content, bulk density and particle shape of finished products must meet the accurate standards.
After filtering and heating, the air enters the air distributor at the top of the dryer, and the hot air enters the drying chamber evenly in a spiral shape. The feed liquid is sprayed into extremely fine mist droplets by a high-speed centrifugal atomizer at the top of the tower body, and can be dried into finished products in a very short time after being in parallel contact with hot air. The finished product is continuously output from the bottom of the drying tower and the cyclone separator, and the waste gas is exhausted by the fan.
Pressure spray drier adopts pressure nozzle, which is characterized by a pressure nozzle in the middle and an air nozzle in the surrounding environment. The pressure nozzle first forms a liquid film, which is atomized by the airflow for the second time, making the droplets finer. This type of nozzle can adjust the pressure of compressed air, so the droplet diameter can be adjusted, and the operation is simple.
But also can be used for mass production and high viscosity feed liquid, and can also be atomized into fine droplets; If the compressed air is stopped, the original pressure nozzle can also be used. Airflow atomizer is mainly used in laboratories and intermediate factories, and its power consumption is large; High viscosity paste, paste and filter cake materials can be atomized by three-fluid nozzle.
In the working process of pressure spray drier, its feed liquid will be well input by its high pressure, and mist droplets can be ejected during operation, and then it will fall down in parallel with hot air during operation. Most of the powder particles are collected by the discharge port at the bottom of the tower, and the waste gas and its tiny powder are separated by the cyclone separator, and the waste gas is discharged by the exhaust fan, and the powder is collected by the powder collection barrel under the cyclone separator. The outlet of the fan can also be equipped with a secondary dust removal device, and the recovery rate is 96-98%.
