The operation process of centrifugal spray drier needs to be divided into four stages. First, the accelerated drying stage: the water on the surface of the material is evaporated at a very high temperature in a relatively short time. The time required in this stage is relatively short, but it is also limited to the water on the surface, so the water output at this stage is not large.

Followed by the constant-speed drying stage, at this stage, the material is heated to make the moisture inside the material slowly replenish to the surface. Because the surface of the material is being heated by high temperature, the moisture on the surface of the material evaporates quickly. When the speed of replenishing water inside the material to the surface can't keep up with the speed of evaporation on the surface of the material, it enters the slow-down drying stage.

This is followed by the slow drying stage, in which more than half of the material moisture has been evaporated. At this stage, the material is slowly dried, and the moisture inside the material is slowly forced to evaporate on the surface. There is also a balanced drying stage, when the water inside the material is forced to dry and there is no water to replenish the surface, it enters the balanced drying stage, and the finished product is obtained after the material is dried.

During the operation of centrifugal spray drier, in order to ensure the safety, the dusty waste gas needs special treatment to avoid re-entering the drying chamber through the air filter. Check the electrical appliances used in the dryer regularly, and check the equipment before starting, especially the transmission parts of the atomizer. Although the explosion of drying equipment cannot be eliminated, the danger can be reduced to a low point if the manual of drying centrifugal spray drier can be standardized.

With people's increasing awareness of explosion protection, more and more security measures have emerged. For example, a bursting disc is installed on the side wall of the centrifugal spray drier or an explosion relief valve is installed at the top of the centrifugal, and a safety valve is set. When the pressure inside the equipment is too high, the valve will open automatically.
